Plum Green has covered the seminal track Valentine with this upcoming release and accompanying music video. Originally featured in the Sisters of Mercy’s 1983 Reptile House E.P the slow drum-machine lead, reverb drenched track is a goth cult classic.
The track was an international collaboration, with Duncan Nairn providing bass and footage from New Zealand. Daniel Cross provided the other instruments, engineered vocals and mixed the track in Melbourne, Australia.
Plum has created the music video, which was shot on a VHS camcorder and spliced video from Duncan which was also run through a VHS to fit.
